Senior Manager, Strategy & Program Management

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Manager of Program Management to join the Strategy team within the marketing division. As a Sr. Manager of Program Management in the Strategy and Enablement functions of the Expedia brands division, you will have full ownership to drive the organizational cadence for the org and execute key strategic projects across the Expedia Group (EG) Brands division. This position will act as essential business partner to the Expedia Brands leadership Team and broader org. This role will be the oil in our operations machine
What you'll do:
Own delivery of key divisional forums (quarterly showcase, LT extended monthly meetings, etc.)
Drive Inclusion and Diversity for Expedia Brands (both focus on internal I&D and how we deliver I&D to travelers through our brands)
Set standards for marketing processes and drive operational improvements
Own Expedia Brands new hires onboarding program
Support our People and Comms teams to land divisional programs (e.g. trainings, growth and development programs, etc.)
Ensure progress against initiatives; use data and insights to advise on the right approaches, deliverables, timing, etc. and monitor the business impact of initiatives
Help in delivery of selected strategic priorities or initiatives
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree or MBA in related field; or equivalent related professional experience
6+ years of relevant experience as a management consultant and/or program manager in a complex and matrixed organization
Proven attention to detail in dealing with large, cross-company projects
Project management training, qualification, or experience
Previous experience working with global brands
Creates a climate of inclusion and implements expansive strategies to bring a diverse set of perspectives to the team and solutions
Has the ability to lead, influence, and mobilize multiple internal stakeholders (including top executives) and priorities in a dynamic change-oriented environment
Has excellent communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to both executive leadership and operational teams
A strategist who sees the opportunity, a planner who can build the roadmap, and project manager who can make all the details happen
A lover of process, continuous improvement, and a student of simplifying the complex
A change agent that is excited about bringing a new, more structured way of working between marketing teams and across divisions in Expedia
Ability to perform in a fast paced, dynamic environment
High energy and can-do attitude
Curiosity and passion for making an impact for the traveler
